One Teaspoon Please

 I keep finding myself moving away from blighty and roaming the sun drenched shores of Australia looking for new fashion treasures, this is where I stumbled upon this little beauty, One Teaspoon.  A much imitated fashion label and the brain child of Jamie Blakey, a girl looking for an edge when it comes to designing her clothes. She produces designs the old school way not just an interpretation of what is found on the high street or featured in the latest issue of Vogue.  She'll grab a piece of fabric, pin up a pattern you swear you can't work, work at it with scissors, draw all over it, pin it, flip it, pin it again stitch it, sweat over it then end up with something quite extraordinary.  I love it, especially the Glastonbury top perfect for that 'I haven't made much effort' look.

I believe they have already found their way into Topshop's flagship store on Oxford Circus, any excuse to head up to the big smoke!
